I have spent twenty years deploying technology with industrial customers to create value, and the better part of that time helping software companies grow through the stages where the operating model has to change as quickly as the business.

At Copperleaf Technologies I held senior commercial roles as the company grew from roughly $30M to $80M in annual recurring revenue and through its listing on the TSX. At Ideon Technologies I led the Asia Pacific business as General Manager, and later covered the Americas as well during a leadership transition.

Along the way, the work that has mattered most has rarely sat neatly inside one function: opening a region, building a customer and services organisation, rethinking how a product is priced and sold, or simply taking a stalled initiative and getting it finished. That is the work I now do for CEOs on a fractional basis.
